[Building Sakai] Fields are not rendering properly and Calendar not working in Signup tool

Hi All,

   In Signup tool to create new meeting when we click on *Add* button then
the respective rendered page not showing the textboxes  for the fields

* Location*

*  Category*
And calendar also not rendering for the fields

*  Start time*

*   End time*
*MeetingFrequency* field also not rendering properly
