[Building Sakai] [Sakai 10.1] Error using external Calendar

Well, resolved configuring all the external subscription properties:

# 1. Institutional iCal Subscriptions: URL (optional)
# 2. Institutional iCal Subscriptions: NAME (optional)
# 3. Institutional iCal Subscriptions: EVENT TYPES (optional)

Appears the text optional but is not, it's mandatory or the startup will 
fail.
