[Building Sakai] SiteCache is not alive

Thanks Brian for your reply. I started a fresh installation using the
patch, and tried to take some actions on Sakai like creating site and after
that i restarted the server several times without any errors. Thank you for
the patch and i'll send anything unfamiliar happened after adding the
patch.
