[Building Sakai] sakai grade book exception

The easiest solution: delete the getCachedUserEntry method and all
references to that method. The org.sakaiproject.user.
api.UserDirectoryService.callCache is also caching the user data. There is
no need for the cache inside the JLDAPDirectoryProvider.
