[Building Sakai] Anyone seeing SVN problems?

This is probably related to yesterday's move of the dashboard project from
/contrib to the /svn repo.  I imagine access control to the new module was
mis-handled and not set up right.  I've pinged Wush and asked them to
recheck their work.
