[Building Sakai] Sakai Search Tool

 I'm trying to get the Search tool working properly in Sakai 2.9.x. At the
moment it's enabled, but it doesn't seem to be looking at the contents of
the pages. Is there anything special one needs to do to make it index
things?

All the docs I found so far seem to be for earlier versions.
