[Building Sakai] Replacing DatePicker in Signup tool

Hi Sam

I made  some progress on this.Now i am not getting any errors in the
browser console by placing all the script files in a proper order but still
i am unable to get the calendar UI component on the browser.I am trying to
figure out the problem.
