If you deliver your content to the end user over a web browser, you can't
protect your content. This question has nothing to do with Sakai. If you
want 100% certainty that users won't download your files, you can't deliver
those files over the web.

Browser spell check is probably the best option for many, but if you want
server-side spell-checking, I recommend After the Deadline integrated with
CKEditor (http://www.afterthedeadline.com/development.slp)
