[Building Sakai] Java 6 and Java 7

The core team decided to move from Java 6 to Java 7 for the default
language...

This is mainly because Java 6 is EOL and we could not update one of the
core libraries because it is only built with Java 7.

Developers can use Java 7 language features... yay
