[Building Sakai] two-word last name splitting issue on Resources tool

I have one faculty whose last name is “Di Grazia”. Her last name is
splitted sometimes  when the webpage is resized and the word wrap is in
effect. This happens on  “Created by” tab of the Resources tool. Since some
students emailed her as Dr. Grazia rather than Dr. Di Grazia, she is very
upset and she would like to keep her last name in the same line. I am
wondering whether anybody is having the similar issue and has a resolution.
Or can column width in the Resources tool be limited to the name of the
creator instead of the heading “Created By” for the created by column?
