[Building Sakai] Auto-join site members to groups based on gender

Dear subscribers,

I need to create two groups automatically with creating a site and those
groups will be used to separate males and females in joining the sites as
the required business enforces separation in number of courses. How i can
accomplish this? using existing views or i need to dig into code and make
some modification? and if so, which modules i'll need to modify?
