[Building Sakai] Missing Maven plugins Sakai 10.1

Guys, i need help here. While importing Sakai 10.1 projects into my
workspace, number of missing maven plugins appears and i have chosen to
ignore them but this brings up a big number of errors after building the
workspace

any idea of how i fix this problems noting these issues appears in both
10.1 and also 10.2 versions
