[Building Sakai] Spring MVC Maven Archetype - Servlet problem

Hi Ryan,

This particular one hasnt been updated for a while. It needs to bundle the
spring web dependency into the webapp, but it doesnt. You could change the
pom of the generated project to get it working if you like.
