[Building Sakai] Xlogin not working on Sakai 10.1?

Hi subscribers, i noticed that the xlogin does not work in Sakai 10.1 
when using CAS server as login container, both login links redirect to CAS.

Config:
top.login=false
container.login=true
xlogin.enabled=true
login.auth.choice=true
container.login.choice.text= Internal Users
xlogin.choice.text = Guest Users

Am i missing something? thanks in advance for any info.
