[Building Sakai] Evaluation & Assessment tools?

One of our faculty particularly liked a measurement & assessment tool "Mentor" - but it seems like it is integrated into their own LMS system.

Has anyone used or been familiar with this, and how it compares with Sakai (it seems much fancier and covers more areas), and/or does ti integrate with Sakai?
