[Building Sakai] Local compiles

I'm was using

export MAVEN_OPTS='-Xms512m -Xmx1024m'

and now I also tried

 export MAVEN_OPTS='-Xms128m -Xmx796m -XX:PermSize=64m -XX:MaxPermSize=172m'

from the documentation. Looks like probably the same problem.
