[Building Sakai] sakai workspace

hi all

when i create new user his workspace with name "my workspace"
create with some tools
i want to make sub admin user type and when i create this type of users i
want his work space be different from the default work space for   other
user , i want to add some tools by default it come with any user with sub
admin users ,
how to do that please
i try to create new realm with name sub admin with different roles and
permission but it when  i login with this new user his workspace come with
the default tools  how to make his workspace different , and so on to
teacher , student , and other types
