[Building Sakai] CAS upgrade for sakai 2.9.x

Hi,
Is the procedure for upgrading CAS client described somewhere? I can't find anything but the link below but there's nothing mentioned about 2.9 just that it will work on 2.6, 2.7, 2.8.
