[Building Sakai] 10.x , trunk and local not compiling

Nightly trunk seems to be up.

But 10.x nightly is still failing the build at the same place - [INFO]
sakai-assignment-impl .............................. FAILURE [ 1.430 s]

and trying to compile pack-demo locally (using trunk) is still failing at

[exec] [INFO] Sakai Component Manager ........................... FAILURE
[  0.488 s]


10.x locally fails for me at the Component Manager as well, so I suspect it
is something local to my setup.


Any suggestions?
