[Building Sakai] Evalsys: Results sharing settings

Hi,

Can someone put some light on the evaluation settings regarding results sharing. I have searched everywhere (but the code) and did not find any explanation. I've attached the screenshot/section I'm talking about.

The text is static and explains the behavior no matter which setting you choose?

When using the Configurable setting, will the result be private or public? Or where is the configuration for sharing set?
