Unfortunately, that's not an option here.

Yes, the files linked in the problematic sections are listed in the Manage Content area. And they are accessible by clicking on them in Manage Content.

Nope. The names of the files linked in the problematic sections are "welcome.html" and "books.html".

They do fail, same as the site duplication.
