[Building Sakai] sakai 10 deploying error

[Tdm System]

hi all ,
i trying to deploying sakai 10 and i face the following error after
executing the following command:

mvn clean install sakai:deploy -Dmaven.tomcat.home=/pathto/tomcathome
-Dsakai.home=/pathto/tomcathome/sakai -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

this is the repository i check the code from

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/tags/sakai-10.1/ sakai-10.1

and i try the maintenance

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-10.x/ sakai-10.x

but i face the same problem .
