[Building Sakai] SHortened URLs in URI?

Titles of tools arent unique, and you can have multiple of the same tool in
a site. That said, I could see a modification to the edit tools/page order
page where you can set an alias for each tool and then that means each page
could be referenced with a nice url.

So you could have
/site/comp101/page/assignments
/site/comp101/page/someotherassignments

And that gives me an idea for a quick project...
