[Building Sakai] Database configuration info for Lessons v1.5

Hi Lydia,

1) I would modify the poms for your appropriate version like this:

find ./lessonbuilder/ -name pom.xml|xargs perl -pi -e
's/10-SNAPSHOT/2.9-SNAPSHOT/g'

2) Run the appropriate database upgrades
