[Building Sakai] Database configuration info for Lessons v1.5

Hi Todd,

Configuration information is kind of vague.  Can you be more specific what
you are looking for?  Are you looking for database upgrade scripts?  If
yes, the Sakai 10 conversion scripts are here:

The Lessons source also contains SQL scripts that should help you with any
conversions.
