[Building Sakai] Questions regarding development

Dear All,

I'm facing few problems regarding programming.

1. How to get current Sakai skin file path?
2. In form onsubmit action, other form component value comes as a Null. Why?
3. How to get values from the Sakai database? I would like to get Lesson,
assignment and quiz values.
