[Building Sakai] Strange appearance of Gateway Links

I can reproduce the problem on the Longsight QA server (qa07).  The good 
news is that it only appears as though you can edit the URL, it does not 
save your edits and the original link shows when you click the link 
button the following time. Guess this needs a Jira though.

With Firebug, I captured the following html from a couple of different 
link areas (not sure if this helps):
