[Building Sakai] Strange appearance of Gateway Links

Hi,
    I recently ugraded  a dev server from Sakai 2.9.x to Sakai 10.x  and 
I am noticing that links appear editable. I think it is not the norm and 
something  minor is broken here. I have attached the screenshot for 
illustration.
Any idea why this may be or how to get around it?
