[Building Sakai] New tool registration

[Khulan Batbayar]

Is there any proper lesson for registering new tool on sakai. After running
wicket maven archetype on ubuntu, i run mvn clean install and mvn
sakai:deploy. But my tool is not appearing on the tool list.

If somebody knows the solution, please help me.
