[Building Sakai] About JSF upgradation

Right, as Sam said in 10 the capability exists to write *new* tools in JSF
1.2 or 2.0 but nobody is at the moment (that I know of) doing any work in
upgrading any existing tools (like Samigo/Gradebook) that are 1.1 to use
the newer version. Though we'd be interested if anyone is doing that.

Implemented and some examples on.
