[Building Sakai] Patch for Sakai 10 on Zip files

Hey all,

I know we are heading towards a Sakai 10.0-qa07 as fast as possible, but 
this patch looks like it might avoid a possible performance issue 
unzipping automatically with drag-and-drop.

Since it has a property to toggle the operation, maybe it is one we 
should consider getting into qa07?
