[Building Sakai] Hide EID in forums

Hi subscribers,

Some students have complaints about their EIDs are shown in forums tool, 
some tools allow to hide the EID it but MSGCNTR does not.

I did some changes over MSGCNTR 2.8 some years ago to hide this, lost 
this changes upgrading to 3.0.

There are some new properties in MSGCNTR 3 
(https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-25252) but this option is not 
included.

Do you consider an interesting option? Hide the eid by properties, i can 
develop it for trunk and contribute it if the community is interested in.
