[Building Sakai] How to create site templates and custom site realms

Hello,

I have a few questions. First of all I am currently using Sakai 2.9.2 and
would like to know how to create site templates like the ones referenced
at [0]. And whether it is possible to create a custom site realm that
functions like the !site.template.course realm (i.e. there needs to be a
academic term selected on creation).
