[Building Sakai] Clog for sakai 2.9.3

Hi, Qu.

If you have this property in your sakai.properties:

importBlog1Data at org.sakaiproject.clog.api.ClogManager=true

delete it. I think that the migration procedure documented in Confluence 
is obsolete and this property gave me the same issues in the past.

To import old entries of older Blog tools, you must install the clog 
admin tool into the admin workspace and use it.
