[Building Sakai] Jira Subversion Tab

I'm not able to view any Subversion details on the Sakai Jira, when I try
to use the Subversion tab I just get:

Error rendering
'com.atlassian.jira.plugin.ext.subversion:subversion-commits-tabpanel'.
Please contact your JIRA administrators.

Is this a known problem?
