[Building Sakai] Sakai timeouts

Hi All

I am investigating a Sakai timeout issue that occurs after about 15
minutes. I have look at the Apache HTTP Load balancer, Sakai and Tomcat
config and none of these configurations is set up to timeout after 15mins.
Does anyone have a suggestion of where else I can have a look?
