[Building Sakai] Disable comment duplication in Wiki

Here's a band aid fix I found about a month ago:

As admin:

 1. use Sites tool, click on the the site
 2. Click pages
 3. Click on the page associated with Wiki
 4. Click Tools
 5. Under Configuration, notice the the "home-page" property is set to
    "Home". Change it to something else, like "Home1"

The instructor should now have a fresh home page with which the comments 
are not associated.
However, the 'Home' page and all the comments associated with it will 
still exist in the database.
