[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 RC 3 bug?

Agreed, would need a little more info about how to reproduce. Did you clear
you browsers cache? Possibly related to some of the javascript/jquery
changes on https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-25335 but I can't
reproduce it and still should be compatible with all browsers. Might be
doing something differently than you though.
