[Building Sakai] Anonymous users identity

Hi Team,

 

Is there any way to have restriction on downloading of files/media from
resource/drop box tool instead the student/team member can able to
view(without downloading to local disk).

I like to find out, how can I get identity of a student/person if the test
is released to anonymous users and the user had taken the test, submitted to
grading.
