[Building Sakai] Req :- Need Terracotta server 3.7.6

Adding to the below email,

 (related to * "ERROR - Client/Server Version Mismatch Error: Client
Version: 3.7.6, Server Version: 3.7.7.  Terminating client now."* )

1) I could not find any configuration file to modify the for client and
server configuration between Terracotta server and client.
