[Building Sakai] Localization Admin for 2.9.3

Is anyone using rSmart's Localization Admin/messaagebundle for 2.9.3?

We have it on 2.8.0, but are struggling with implementing on 2.9.3 due to dependencies on messagebundle and metaobj jars.
