[Building Sakai] Statistics Management tool in Sakai 2.9.3 displaying error on Admin Reports page

We are deploying 2.9.3 this week to our production servers and discovered the error reported in this Jira:

I checked out sitestats since we didn't have it already, and we truncated the table and ran the sql indicated in the Environment description of the jira

Built sitestats and we are still receiving the error:
