[Building Sakai] Possible blocker bug with Sakai 10 and groups/sections

Hi ,

I have not opened a Jira ticket for this yet.

To reproduce:

1) Use one of the built in instructor accounts: instructor, instructor2, etc

2) Create a course site using a section from a built-in academic term

3) Create a group with just a few students from that academic term

4) Deploy an Assignment or a Test to that group only, not the whole site

5) Log in as one of the students in the group. You will not see the 
Assignment or the Test

6) Change the group assignment to the section itself. Then log in as one 
of the students and you will see the deployed assignment.

I think I can reproduce on trunk, sakai 10.x , and RC02 (Longsight server).
