[Building Sakai] Question about setting up Evaluation System tool in Sakai 2.9.1

Write some SQL to add it to my workspaces, then remove all the My Workspace sites. Each will reappear with the new tool the next time the user logs in. 

There also may be a tool that does this for you - I'm sure somebody else will chip in with a better answer.

How do I implement this step?
