[Building Sakai] Email Archive Tool Issue!

Hello,

I sent an email using the "Email Tool" with an attachment , and
checked the option to send a copy to the Email Archive.

The email was sent and a copy
was found on the "Email Archive tool", BUT WITHOUT attachment, to be downloaded!

is this by design, or We are missing a propertie in here?
