[Building Sakai] Adding a button to a tool in the portal

I would like to add a button to the portal for guest users to reset their
passwords. The issue is generating the URL to the tool. Is there a way to
use the ActiveToolManager to find the tool, with the id "sakai.resetpass",
and then render the URL?

I have added the reset password tool to the !gateway site and it's working.
If I can generate the URL in SkinnableCharonPortal.java, then I could add
it to the context and then display it using site.vm.
