[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 skin

Hmmm... good question.

Here is the Sakai 2.9 skin guide -

I wonder if this still applies or if we need to update (or point) our 
documentation for Sakai 10 somewhere else?

The rationale for the change in Sakai 10 is to have something nice, but 
also distinguish it clearly from 2.9, so when you boot up OOTB, you see 
that it is something new.
