You should build it the way you build any other tool locally, so yes.

Hi Stephen

Thanks for the information.

In the installation documentation it states that to build hierarchy you
should issue: "mvn clean install sakai:deploy / maven sakai".
I usually issue: "mvn clean install sakai:deploy
-Dmaven.tomcat.home=C:\tomcat" to build.

Should I modify the instructions for my local setup?
