[Building Sakai] [WG: Sakai QA] Trunk build failed

No, the build server/nightly clears out it's repository each build and only
points the repositories in the that are defined.

We are using the opencast project nexus repo which does cache a lot of
artifacts, but these particular snapshots are not in there.
