[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 ElasticSearch - Diagnostic option

hey,

I was testing the new elasticsearch tool in Sakai 10 and was wondering how to 
activate the diagnostics tool option from the tools admin menu / indexing 
site.


And for your information the faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, and 
Physics at Freie Universität Berlin has Sakai 10 deployed and in production.
We also really appreciate the work going into removing those iFrames!
